Challenge: Clear Your TBR Pile Challenge Update

So, halfway through this challenge, I'm reminded of the exact reason I've never done such a challenge before (I don't consider the "Real" Book Challenge to be like this challenge, since that one I just work through as I read). I'm a quick reader but not nearly as quick as other bloggers. And I have SO much going on that I can't just spend a bunch of time reading, even for the sake of a reading challenge. But I'm having a good time and still reading, so I guess that's a good thing regardless!

Anyway, my goal was to read 5 books: Ten, Grave Mercy, Keeping the Moon, Looking for Alaska, and Thin Space. 

Of those books, I've only finished Looking for Alaska, and I've started Ten. Umm...yeah. I also finished Friends with Boys, a graphic novel. See, I have a habit of starting a book, then starting another book, then maybe another...And then it takes me a loooong time before I go back to finishing the first one (not a good idea, since my memory isn't too great).

So I'm currently reading Ten, Between, Feuds, A Visit from the Goon Squad (summer reading), and Life in Motion. But I'm not really that far into my TBR challenge, nor am I sticking to my list (which is fine because the other books are on my TBR list too, but).

For those of you participating in the challenge (which I hope you are, but it's okay if you're not), I hope you're doing better than I am! Hopefully I'll do some catching up between now and the end of the challenge.
